Faithful Photography is a husband and wife team serving all of west Michigan, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Allegan, Saugatuck, and South Haven. We can be easily persuaded to serve your amazing wedding or event as far as we need to go - Chicago, Detroit, Troy, Traverse City, the Midwest, and beyond. Our philosophy is summed up in our motto: True Love, True Life. We aim to truly see the soul of each person, and archive the sweet process of those two becoming one in commitment. We use a blend of photojournalism and directed posing to capture the essence of the day, and create a story to tell for generations to come.
Welcome to the wedding photography of Clay and Nichole Palimitier! The two were wed at Centennial Barn in Wayland, MI in July 2015. Their sweet, intimate ceremony was held out at the venue’s wooded chapel, and guests moved up to the big, red, comfortable barn for a laid-back time of dinner, dancing, and merriment. Details at the barn were perfect for this fun-loving couple, and included vintage props, a hashtag sign, pinwheels, and even framed questions at each table to help guests break the ice and connect. In a fresh palette of coral, beige, and teal, the bright couple stood out for being the unique characters that they are: she, in her ruffly, tiered asymmetrical wedding gown, and he in his coral tie, grey vest and pants, and dock shoes. The groomsmen sported dapper matching suspenders but unmatching (yet coordinated) ties, and the darling bridesmaids each chose a coral dress to make her own. In the end, it was a beautiful pastel midwestern sunset and sky that kissed the newlyweds farewell after a fun sparkler exit.
Congratulations, Clay & Nichole - what a happy, sunshiny day to remember!
