Coby and Robin
Faithful Photography is a husband and wife team serving all of west Michigan, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Allegan, Saugatuck, and South Haven. We can be easily persuaded to serve your amazing wedding or event as far as we need to go - Chicago, Detroit, Troy, Traverse City, the Midwest, and beyond. Our philosophy is summed up in our motto: True Love, True Life. We aim to truly see the soul of each person, and archive the sweet process of those two becoming one in commitment. We use a blend of photojournalism and directed posing to capture the essence of the day, and create a story to tell for generations to come.
Coby and Robin Heller were married on the evening of June 19, 2015. Their friends and families gathered with joy at the Portage Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, where Coby's mother once pastored. The wedding was serene, classic, and honorable, and paid tribute to the gifts of song and poetry as well as became a very moving commitment ceremony. In fact, Robin had never before walked down that aisle to her husband until that very night - she even had a "stand in" for her during rehearsal the eve before! Everyone in the room could feel the excitement and love as the two came together with promises forever. After the ceremony, the wedding party and guests took up an intimate reception at Niko's Landing in Comstock, Michigan - the bride's childhood town. Guests were treated to a dessert buffet of fine candy and sweets, a delicious dinner catered by Niko's, and an elegant, simply designed and delicious cake by Bert's Bakery of Kalamazoo, MI. Once finished with food and fellowship, and after beloved friends and family alike toasted the newlyweds, the event's incredible DJ, Nate Henschel of Ann Arbor, MI, got the party pumping. Coby, Robin, and all their guests were dancing and enjoying a crazy fun time all night, with sweet tributes to their parents and friends infused throughout the party.
All our best to you, Coby & Robin! It was a joy to serve you on this amazing day!
